Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the "Request return" button in your account, or send us a written statement to info@vital20.com.
How to request a return:
- Go to your account and select the relevant order
- Click "Request return" in the top right
- Select the items you wish to return
- Fill in the reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
- Click "Request return" to submit
Once your return request is submitted, we will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions by email.
Conditions:
- Unopened products — To qualify for return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Notify us within 14 days of delivery, including your order number. You are not required to give a reason.
- Opened food supplements — Opened supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and health protection reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Damaged or defective products — Products received in damaged, defective, or decayed condition are covered under our legal guarantee and qualify for return and/or replacement. Report the issue as soon as possible after delivery, clearly stating your order number. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
- Return shipping — Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will provide return instructions by email once your request is submitted.
- Reimbursement — Upon a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of shipment — whichever comes first — using the same payment method as your original transaction.
